Welcome to Warrior Ink Apparel. By accessing or using our website (warriorink.co) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • Warrior Ink Apparel is a Palestinian-inspired apparel brand. All content, designs, and products are owned by Warrior Ink Apparel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability. In rare cases, items may be canceled or refunded if unavailable.
  • Payment must be made at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.
  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Please allow 2–7 business days for order fulfillment before shipping.
  • Standard U.S. shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment.
  • International shipping: 5–20 business days after fulfillment, subject to customs.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees for international orders.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is part of these Terms.

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition.
  • Clearance, personalized/custom items, and face coverings are final sale.
  • U.S. orders qualify for free returns/exchanges. A prepaid return label will be provided.
  • International orders may be returned/exchanged within 14 days, but customers must cover return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once items are received and inspected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, graphics, logos, and product names, is the intellectual property of Warrior Ink Apparel. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Warrior Ink Apparel is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of our products.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
