• Return Window: 14 days from delivery
• U.S. Orders: Free returns & exchanges
• International Orders: Returns accepted within 14 days, customer covers return shipping
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

How to Start a Return

• Email support with your order number.
• We’ll send you instructions for returning or exchanging your item.
• Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or ship your exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds cover the product cost only.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

EU withdrawal section

Withdrawal period: The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the last item in your order. If the period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it automatically extends to the next business day.

How to cancel: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by logging into your customer account at account.warriorink.co and submitting a cancellation request.

If your order has already shipped: If your order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal upon delivery by returning the item within 14 days of receipt.

Returning items: Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.

Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions — Personalized and custom-made items: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized. This includes any products customized with personal details or made to order.
